CIRCLE-2/EEA Experts meeting on 'National Adaptation Platforms' - Outcomes now available

2013-08-27
There is an increasing interest to exchange experiences about managing national web-based platforms on climate change adaptation, to learn lessons from past experience and discuss possible next steps to further development.

In the past years, national climate change adaptation platforms have been launched in many EEA member countries, with some common elements but also some differences regarding objectives, structures, contents, governance and target audiences. What can we learn from it? How to improve it in the future?

CIRCLE-2 and EEA are interested to learn more about this theme and to help foster these platforms. Last June it was jointly organized an Experts Meeting on 'National Adaptation Platforms' and some outcomes are now available.
